The author of the famous The Hunger Games series, Suzanne Collins is an American novelist and television writer. She developed an early interest in writing as a young girl. Pursuing her interests, she attended the Alabama School of Fine Arts and later completed an MFA degree in Dramatic Writing from New York University. In September 2008, Suzanne published the wildly successful novel, The Hunger Games triology, which spawned the Liongate film The Hunger Games and subsequently, Mockingjay and Catching Fire.
