Anne-Marie Conway is a British primary school teacher specializing in drama; she also runs her own children’s theatre company, Full Circle. She has written a number of humorous sketches which have been performed by her theatre company. Her first novel - on which Starmakers is based - was shortlisted for the inaugural Times/Chicken House Fiction Competition. Conway lives in London with her husband, two young sons and two eccentric cats.
